Heute vor 40 Jahren wurde die #MisplacedChildhood veröffentlicht. Es ist eine der 80er-Jahre-Platten, die ich heute noch teilweise exzessiv und extensiv und so begeistert wie damals höre. Die perfekte Mischung aus Pop und Progrock. #marillion

Un viaje de ácido fue el motor creativo que llevó a Fish, el carismático líder de #Marillion , a elaborar #MisplacedChildhood, el álbum más reconocido de la banda publicado el 17 de junio de 1985. La aparición de un niño vestido como soldado se presentó como una revelación que lo llevó a componer. Pero lo cierto, es que se trata de un trabajo conceptual inspirado en la propia biografía del cantante de esa rara avis progresiva en tiempos de new wave.
