  12. CW: 1/ Fediverse can do better + 2/Not sure "If hate always won, You would not exist"...

    @Snowshadow
    @knowattitude
    @hadon

    1/ And I would add... try to see that similarly to others (I think that is also the way too so it matters less whichever way you feel if almost everyone is accepting / able to reply much more... which I personally think #Fediverse mostly ignores others online AND as reflection in person doesn't really engage / want to solve your problems / ping pong etc)

    Ignoring / Silence on #Fediverse is a bit of my #bee in the bonnet because people are a bit cold or even excuse themselves with busy while never solving much sometimes (bad loop of busy rather than good loop of busy).

    ---------------------------------
    2/ About the last bit
    (not to take away from post)

    About not existing - This bit is too open to #misinterpretation I think... the logic of this or that... and with #MentalHealth it's close to not wanted to exist from either self or people not wanting us.

    IT IS POSSIBLE to be born with #hate in the world (!)
    I's not really 1:1 way to say it or True statement and leaves it too open about existing and hate winning... again you can be born into it and not relative to hate winning.

    I guess you reply to this (or ignoring it) will confirm my experience with #Fediverse and people basically ignoring each other and that being part of all #problems. Unfortunately.

    Said with friendliness...

  13. A quotation from S. P. Somtow

    The ways of dead people are not our ways. They have a very oblique way of expressing themselves, and often they’ll tell you something that can be interpreted many ways; it gives them a way out while preserving their reputation for infallibility.

  17. Second topic on my mind last day is this thread that Niall Ferguson retweeted
    (I assume he agrees with what the thread summarizes) in X, formerly #Twitter.
    In my life I had never read such a succession of #Errors, #Fallacies, #Misinterpretation, #Nonsense and #Bullshit
    Ferguson has been trying to replace the "History of Civilizations" with the "History of Empires" for quite some time.

    (How not to be fooled by viral charts - by Noah Smith)
