Ugh, serger misadventures continue. I have a loaner from a friend so I’m not *blocked* but I felt like today needed some extra frustration so I’m poking at the original serger. Current theory is that it’s overheating?? It turned on this morning with no red safety light and made two headbands, then I paused to cut some fabric and the red light came back. My sewing desk is right by a window and I get gorgeous sunshine but maybe it’s too much sunshine? I have turned on fans, turned the AC down a couple of degrees, closed the curtain, and turned it off for 15 minutes. Will report back.

I made it to today years old before ever seeing a leech anywhere except in Stand by Me. Watching my 11-year-old son almost gag in disgust was pretty funny, though. #misadventures

3 years ago tonight, I saw Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. It was cold, foggy & all was so frustrating until the show. Bus to Munich stuck in traffic, hotel mixing up my room with that reserved by someone from Texas with same name, Google Maps not up to date with construction work around venue...

But the show was worth it. It was really cool to get to hear Straight Up and These Old Boots for the first time.

When they talk about #futureCrimes, we wonder if they are alluding to the release of the 80GB #insuranceFiles that implicate #RupertMurdoch and probably many others in either grave #criminality or #misadventures that they allowed themselves to be #extorted over, which in turn have completely destroyed #democracy in the #USA and #Australia.

As far back as 2012 or 2013 #JulianAssange said the insuranceFiles implicating #Murdoch would be released if anything were to happen to him.
