Warum die Minions so beliebt sind.
Die Minions brauchen stets einen Führer, da sie keinen eigenen Willen haben.
Auf sich gestellt sind sie zu nichts nütze und haben nur Unfug im Kopf. Die Menschen lachen darüber, ohne zu erkennen, dass sie quasi über sich selbst lachen. Denn was wären sie ohne ihre Führer aus Politik, Religion oder (sozialen) Medien?Nur eine Handvoll Menschen erkennt, dass sie gefangene Sklaven des Systems sind, während alle anderen dafür sorgen, dass dies so bleibt.

My opinion of our species with regard to "the danger of AI" is that it exposes us more intensely to ourselves. AI is shortening the time frame of the danger.
There is a new chip technology that allows the chip to be visually inspected from the outside, even after the chip is installed in its device. This is interesting, but it is even more interesting to know that the motivation for this feature is so that it may be determined whether the chip is authentic, as it might be a Trojan horse, an impostor chip, perhaps with a back door.
We see again a conflict that is fundamentally human against human. The chip itself is an innocent bystander. Same with AI.
If one interrogates the AI about the best the human race has to offer, the AI is perfectly happy to offer this as well. The tool, the insensate, the uncomprehending, the minerals we have organized in this intricate fashion, it is neutral. Get used to it. The tools are neutral. We need to face this fact. Blaming the tools tends to exonerate the guilt party: the human being who is using the tool.
In my opinion, some of our most pressing problems can be discovered, and understood, by any person who sits quietly and thinks about them.
On the other hand, the national military-industry security state, with its unlimited budget, will provide a great number of well-paying jobs, building all kinds of new weapons, new tools with which humans can destroy other humans. My point is that it is humans who are doing it, not their tools. (Though minionhood, the human-as-tool combination, is more difficult to classify.)
