Strava, for once you're right, it *is* time for new shoes π Today's #SundayRun pushed me past 3,000km in this pair. I noticed the "sub-optimal" sole a couple of weeks ago, and actually ordered a new pair of #vivobarefoot Geo Racer just the other day.
I run at least 3,000km in a pair of Vivos (I did about 3,150km in my previous pair), and then I continue wearing them casually until they fall apart completely. So even though they're not that cheap, they're good value. And my feet love them (I hate wearing shoes, so these are the next best thing).
