For no-rules JCJC, am wondering, for vehicles using two wheels connected by a solid axle, if having a one-way wheel on the outside would improve lap times, versus the additional weight.

I picked up an AliExpress knockoff #mini4wd (because they're cheap and also still making some of the early-90s style models) and found that it got crushed in transit.
This part of the motor mount broke off. I stuck it back on with Tamiya extra-thin quick-set cement and super glue, then stitched it up with a junk soldering iron tip. Holds the motor - and since this is likely to be a display/home model only, that's good enough.
