Made my first ever Minecraft (1.7.10) mod, World Accelerator, and got it listed on Modrinth! https://modrinth.com/mod/world-accelerator

It's a block that increases random and block entity tick rates. Tl;dr, it makes furnaces run faster and plants grow quicker. It's more useful for modded Minecraft than survival, but then I did make this block specifically to speed up Forestry apiaries. :blobreach:

It's open source too, if you wish to have a look how I managed to wrangle Java 8 and Forge as a non-Java developer: https://codeberg.org/chronocide/World-Accelerator

And, for the final part of my #MinecraftMonday post... I present the bedroom -- this is the part I am not quite certain about. I thought the buttons would bring the floor and ceiling together, but I have some misgivings about them. Fortunately, it's #minecraft so I can change them if I decide to.
