I work a lot, but I reflect just as much. It’s not esoteric—it’s a personal practice to review what I’ve done and how to improve. While traveling to London this year, I’ll have less time to reflect—but I’ll make it count. What helps me reflect and stay focused is ‘smoking out’ my room with incense.
