  13. Student training journal. My response: “Kegel Exercises are strong and momentary. Do not hold. Filling, the soft kind that I teach, comes from the lightest of closure. The perineum feels 'complete'. No hollows and no protrubences. Clenching is the opposite of this feeling. Over time the perineum strengthens through movement and natural internal breath work… any pressure experienced is the result of training, not something that you endeavor to do. #meditation #mindbody
