7.0 and only 10km away. We evacuated to the yard quick sharp, sat down with the dogs and waited it out. It's the second 6+ I've experienced here within 3 years.

[EDIT: revised *upwards* to 7.8 though epicentre also revised to 30km away in Sarangani Bay]

Happily our house and guesthouse have steel girder frames. We have a few new ceiling cracks (and we lost a few ornaments) but that's all. And a bunch of water barrels fell off their shelf in the pantry so we have some mopping to do.

Now we're getting mild aftershocks every few minutes. And there was one big aftershock (6.7).

And my heartbeat is gradually slowing. Happy that we're all OK.
