Alpro loses its appeal. Swiss federal court finds that the name THIS IS NOT M[*]LK is misleading. It can't say milk on a package even it says this is not milk.
Absurd and ridiculous, how desperate the dairy and meat industry are behaving.
I will keep calling it milk, assholes.

My first try with the new Alpro Not M*lk Barista.
I really love experimenting with milk alternatives and that one really isn't too shabby.
Oat-based, not as creamy as normal milk, but decent.
In addition with the (plant) milk I am also testing a new steam tip, so... it's not the best testing ground. It steamed nicely, texture is good, buuut not as micro foam-y as I can get with a cow's milk just yet.
But I think that's on me just as much as on the product. Milk alternatives still struggle a bit with the micro foam texture and it's a bit harder to get them right.Coffee: Espresso Intenso (Cafesito)
Dose: 18g
Yield: 44g
Topped with ~130ml of steamed "Not M*lk Barista"
