I've been a QuickStep fan (tifosi) since Paolo Bettini's day. I recognize that Patrick Lefevre is a problem, but I'm just unable to transfer my allegiance to another team. The Wolfpack has a hold on me. #TrofeoAlfredoBinda was a far more exciting race than #MilanSanRemo Do yourself a favour and give it a watch.
The Trek women absolutely bossed that race with Shirin van Anrooij taking a stunning long distance solo win, it's far to say she has come out of the cyclocross season in good shape!
The chasing group just could get organised, and Trek had three riders sitting in that group shutting everything down and Balsamo won the sprint for 2nd with ease.

#MilanSanRemo has never really been a race I've got excited about and that was the same today, but that was a star studded finish today!
It definitely feels a bit like the racing has got to fast for the pure sprinters to get over the Poggio and stay in contention, but the Poggio really isn't hard enough to be able to dislodge the classics/TT riders who can just use raw power for those final kms
