The #MIGSwitch getting #NintendoSwitch2 consoles banned at a hardware level could hurt the used market for the Switch 2. If I were in the market for a Switch 2 as someone who isn't exclusively a #Nintendo gamer, a used console might make an attractive option. However, if there's a chance consoles may be banned thru no fault of future owners, then stores like Gamestop may be hesitant to even sell used consoles, and consumers will be more hesitant to buy them. More money for NIntendo I guess...

I got one cheap and tried if it works on my -forever offline-switch

Having an extra button to switch makes it easier..

But having the ability to copy your collection with that software (and a #vulnerable or #modded switch ?)
-THAT- is the real thing.
But the backup takes forever.
Even if you copy from cartslot to external SD
Only PLUS ?
I now can have a offsite copy of my -lemme check - 33 physical (soon 35 ?) Games.
