Their human features are undergoing significant changes: a second pair of eyes is opening just below their original pair, indicating the beginning of their transition to a Noxolotl. The transformation extends to their body where an additional pair of legs is sprouting from their lower chest, positioning their original legs to become the rear legs of their new centaur form.
