I feel like there’s too much emphasis on the mooncakes for the mid-autumn festival. The drinking good tea and admiring the moon part is important too!

The dog brought paper with susuki grass fibers and flecks of mica in it. The crow brought an ink stick and stone. The cat brought its tail, as fine a brush as you could ask for. The #bear brought rice wine. The fox brought cups. The rabbit brought cakes. The child brought binoculars. The night insects brought their music, and the moon brought its bright self. The party ate, drank, and composed poems for the moon, and the cat transcribed them.

I nearly forgotten that today is #MidAutumn festival where we celebrate for family unity.

A roguelike where the protagonist, Robin, has just moved in with their grandmother in a small town and was given some sort of guardian of the spirit world role to pay rent.
You fight spirits in arenas by absorbing green blobs of energy they can fire at you and send it back before it rots and hurts you.
I wasn't sure if I should create an entry for this one, given that it didn't really vibe with me and I ended up not finishing the demo, but... here it is.

Every other parent gave their kids some kind of battery operated light/fake candle to put in their lanterns while I brought candles, a lighter, and paper lanterns.

Asked my spouse to get some 🥮 the next time they go to the Chinese market. But I think I'm the only person in my house who will eat them.
I wonder if #HMart will have them.
