The team will be a cross-roads:
A) Add a coat of paint of top and fail by the lack of effort
B) Change everything and fail by the lack of creativity#Microsoft will push it out of the door either way because they don't give a shit top to bottom. I would prefer to license the franchise to studios who will.

From what I've seen, the layoffs at #Bethesda and #idSoftware directly affect the development of #idTech.
The engine that powered games like Quake, Doom, Rage, Wolfenstein, and many more.
The market has changed a lot and engine uniformity is the key due to workforce. Everything is going to run Unreal Engine 5 because is cheaper. Game Engine creativity is dead.
The next Quare is going to run on UE6.

I still maintain the theory that it went downhill since Xbox One catastrophe and PlayStation 4 bashing. That was game over.
It's a shame that the only people who lose are both gamers and employees.

Also, I don't believe #AshaSharma promise of "exclusivity". There is zero exclusive games in #XBOX.
The moment it's available on your hardware platform and another platform, it stops being "exclusive". It becomes multi-platform, end of story.
For #HaloCampaignEvolved, #GearsOfWarEDay, it means selling copies or #GamePass subscriptions, instead of letting it gather dust on Xbox Series consoles that nobody buys.
