    did y'all know that when we produce it, D3 is a hormone but when taken as a supplement, it's a #micronutrient?

    D3 does a lot of heavy lifting. it helps fight infections, keeps bones strong & neural pathways healthy. got winter blahs? you might need some D3.

    so go practice self-care.
