Fuera de mi ventana, el gris no deja ver ni las casas vecinas. A la noche del cuarto día de neblina se corta la luz.
No hay problema. Tengo velas y tengo libros.
Cuando amanece, sigo sin luz y con más niebla.
Salgo de casa y voy por el camino hacia el pueblo.
A los pocos metros me encuentro con una casa que no debiera estar allí: La mía.
No hay salida. Vaya por donde vaya, siempre vuelvo a mi lugar de partida.

Sin dejar rastro alguno, en 1931 desapareció el subte n° 401 en el laberinto de vías cerca de la Plaza Once. Toda búsqueda era en vano, pero en décadas posteriores, obreros ferroviarios solían contar de zumbidos y luces errantes en la profundidad de los túneles.
Luego de casi 100 años, durante trabajos de mantenimiento, se encontró detrás de una pared una vía abandonada. Las caras desfiguradas de los cuerpos momificados arriba del 401 hablaban de horrores innombrables.

As promised yesterday, a second gruesome Starbucks #50WordFiction for #Storytober. This #microfiction is inspired by a Starbucks I frequent---the drive through in particular---because of the excellent customer service. It's across from Sea World and makes especially delicious drinks for tourists. Universal is also down the street, hence the reference to #Halloween Horror Nights. It is also the setting of a WIP in which it is referred to as a "cafe." #horror #microhorror

I had a great time today in Sarah Jackson's workshop learning different ways to conceptualize ghosts. 🖤 I feel like today is my weekend.
