While it's well deserved that #MichaelGambon won a #BAFTA Best Actor award for his portrayal of #JohnHarrison in #Longitude, it's a crying shame that #JeremyIrons didn't win an award as well for his portrayal of #RupertGould in that same film.

Jeremy Irons' acting here is fucking making me cry and emotional with his portrayal of having yet another nervous breakdown at the start of World War 2.

Fucking hell this is an amazing film.

In the first week of October I rewatched Over The Garden Wall (once I found it commercial free on Hulu); and The Singing Detective (my favorite role played by #MichaelGambon, RIP). #DennisPotter's #TheSingingDetective is not a #Halloween themed program but it’s hella spooky (see #scarecrow clip). It’s also heavy and #musical and confusing. If you’re interested I recommend watching 1 episode at a time. Now while clearly have issues with JK Rowling (for obvious reasons). I do wish to offer my condolences to #MichaelGambon who has passed way recently at the age of 82. Gambon as we all know was the second actor to portray #Dumbledore in the Harry Potter movies.
