As for "events" in Davos, what is PM Zandanshatar doing joining ill-fated "Board of Peace". Hopefully he has not committed to a "initiation fee".

In recollecting 2008 stand-off w/ Russia over demand to take control of gas station network, frm 🇲🇳 PM S Bayar recounts that he pointed to parliamentary authority in rejecting demand.
[Slightly odd that diabolically-grinning photo with frm Pres Enkhbayar illustrates photo.
