No offense to the good people active in this bilateral relationship, but I come across 🇲🇳 -🇮🇹 links v rarely and only in an academic context.
This seems like a version of 🇲🇳 govt happy to sign agreements with all actors, but it makes the bilateral links where there is an actual relationship seem a bit silly.
