Another book that was recommended by a student finished. I'm doing well so far this academic year! "Into the Volcano" by Jess Butterworth. A really sweet and surprisingly emotional read for Yr7/8 and below. An interesting dual narrative, although I personally found the chapters too short. It uses real life events well - it starts with a shocking event that I wasn't necessarily expecting, and handles it sensitively #Books #AmReading #Bookstodon #MGbooks
