Mexborough War Memorial: commemorating the men who served in WW1.
Harold Bramham son of William Bramham and Ann Gleadhill, was born in 1884, Mexborough, Yorkshire. In 1911 Harold aged 27 was a Coal Miner and lived at 12 Market Street, Mexborough.
He enlisted in Mexborough and joined the K.O.Y.L.I, 9th Battalion, Rank: Private, Service No. 18919. He was killed in action on 16th September 1916, France aged 32. His name is on the Memorial at Thiepval Memorial. His name is also on the Mexborough War memorial. #WW1 #mexborough
