I *love* the earthy notes #methi imparts. A roommate of mine was Gujarati, and his mother made this wonderful unleavened fried flatbread that had some in it that I've never been able to find at any Indian restaurant or grocery store. Doesn't help that I can't spell it...

Côté aromatiques : j'ai du basilic génois partout, y compris là où il ne devrait pas (pas de grosse différence avec le Grand vert cultivé les années précédentes). La ciboule de Chine (ciboulail) ressemble à quelque chose. C'est déjà fini pour le fenugrec. J'ai sans faire exprès laissé le basilic thaï monter en fleurs, c:est beau mais j'aurais à peine pu m'en servir.
