Op Facebook kun je geld verdienen als posts veel kijkers trekken (zie https://creators.facebook.com/introducing-facebook-content-monetization).

Daarbij moet je wel aan voorwaarden voldoen, te lezen in "Partnerbeleid inzake het genereren van inkomsten" (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/169845596919485) en "Contentbeleid inzake het genereren van inkomsten" (https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1348682518563619).

Terwijl Meta content van Palestijnen weert (ook waar geen geld mee "verdiend" wordt), wijst een recent rapport van "7amleh - The Arab Center for the Advancement of Social Media" (PDF: https://7amleh.org/storage/posts/pdf/24022453-d3ae-4557-9774-ace063ebdeae.pdf) uit dat radicale Israëlische kolonisten en soldaten weinig tot niets in de weg wordt gelegd om, met beelden van hun misdaden, ook nog eens hun zakken te vullen.
