Makes you wonder how bad the 'digital' music market is to start selling physical media again that was popular decades ago. I'm not complaining. Dopo il rifiuto da parte di alcune case discografiche, grazie a Jon Zazula della Megaforce Records, con appena 15 mila dollari di budget, i METALLICA iniziano a registrare il loro debutto: "Kill 'Em All" (inizialmente intitolato Metal Up Your Ass).
Il disco uscirà poi il 25/07/1983.
Alcuni pezzi riporteranno ancora l'ex chitarrista Dave Mustaine come compositore.
È considerato uno dei migliori debutti in ambito Heavy Metal.
