#TheFallGuy è un film disastroso: sopra le righe dall'inzio alla fine, senza capo né coda. Una di quelle operazioni per fare un film finto strambo che a #Hollywood attuano purtroppo sempre più spesso (vedi #Babylon di #DemienChazelle, per esempio), dove si usa l'artificio del #metacinema per un'analisi riguardo ai meccanismi stessi dell'audiovisivo e in generale per esprimere una lirica autoreferenziale che provi a smontare i punti di vista dello spettatore

#LateNightWithTheDevil più che un #film #horror , è un brillante #pastiche di film e situazioni che sperimenta diversi livelli di #metacinema allargando il campo fino ai meccanismi dei varietà televisivi americani: il risultato è un citazionismo severo, ma ibridato all'interno dei tempi e dei meccanismi della televisione e del varietà. Un esperimento davvero interessante e inaspettato con un film che ti porta verso sensazioni da spettatore ancora inesplorate
