I don't understand the premise of this short account. Obviously Sartre took way too much #Mescaline. Second, why a philosopher and thinker like #Sartre would take a hallucinogen seems pretty obvious. Also, #SimonedeBeauvoir seems a churlish cunt in this instance, but I don't know much about her.

I just finished watching HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MIND, the 2022 miniseries based on the book of the same name by Michael Pollan. It's streaming on Netflix and I found it excellent. Some truly powerful stories and a lot of fascinating information and history.
Also, my state was the first to decriminalize psilocybin and legalize its supervised use, which I believe was a good decision.
