Now that I've finished my dwarves, it's time to move on to some Tolkienesque orcs (all kitbashed in some way):
Top left: Oathmark goblin slave head & bodies / regular goblin arms
Top right: Oathmark (regular) goblin bodies & arms/ goblin slave heads / heavy orc shields
Bottom left: Wargames Atlantic goblin bodies & arms / Oathmark goblin heads, shields & spears
Bottom right: Oathmark regular and heavy orcs - but with Frostgrave demon shields

Testing out a few kitbash ideas for a black numenorean and a couple of orcs at his command.
These are 99% northstar bits (the only thing that isn't is the cloak)... and they're just blu-tacked together at the moment.
Quite happy with them so far :)
