Senator Merkley's staff sent an email on his behalf. It's one of those "see what I've done for Oregon" emails, but the staff was sure to put the senator's opposition to the illegal war in Iran up-front. Senators need to act, not play stupid party parlor games to titillate the gullible. He, Trump, must be removed, and his administration, along with him, need to face consequences for this treason against the constitution.

He is also trying to prevent the Senate from assisting the House where the Congress is still recessed. The GOP in power have been out of session to avoid seating the New Democrat congresswoman who would vote to force a public House vote on releasing the full Epstein Files.
President Trump requested the House avoid a public vote because it would look bad for powerful people who may have participated in crimes or helping the trafficking young teenage women for sex.

While Biden signed the most significant federal climate bill in history, the Inflation Reduction Act, however, failed to follow through on his campaign pledge of “no more drilling on federal lands”.Progressives hope Harris will stick to some of the promises that Biden made as a candidate but then walked back.
