Yet another tech issue (see my previous post about reasons I just switched to open source apps). Jetpack reports that my site is down. Ugh.
Tried it a few times and it did finally load but after a long delay. Put in support ticket to domain host.
Thank you #MercuryRetrograde . Actually, I still blame the web host, not Mercury!

Sorry if you've been trying to contact me in the last week or so; it seems my website contact form is only working for me and not anyone else! I've replaced it with a more generic form while I get things sorted out.
I should know better than to fiddle with such things when Mercury is retrograde!

That explains it.
I had my insurance payment glitch, resulting in a temporary overcharge at the pharmacy.
Then, an online booking I was trying to had errors that the owner was mystified.
Scoff if you might, but I've seen #mercuryretrograde do this time and time again. Once, I got a letter back three times.
