CW: Mental health issues
Feel like my mental health is deteriorating at an alarming rate.
I was totally fine last year, I'd even say at an all time high of sanity, but over the past few months everything has reverted back to a point where I'm just a complete train wreck.
I thought I had build resiliency, yet here I am, merely afraid of dying. I could understand if something significant had happened to me, but has it? Need to think about that...

CW: CW mental health crisis
Another suicide attempt this afternoon. I thought I was doing well as it’s been 2,5 months since last one. On top of that my Zoom consulation with Psychiatrist didn’t happen tonight. He mixed up days possibly.
