Doctors whenever I tell them I have memory problems: "Did you know that there are ways to train your memory to be better and support it??"
Me, with my notes in my hands, notes on my arm, notes in my phone and my partner's phone, entire life written down in BuJo: "....yup. I am already using all available tactics for it and that is why I was denied adult support therapies for ADHD. I am too functionally dysfunctional in too many ways."

When you think to yourself: "I'd really like to write a shell script/alias/function that does X, but I don't want to spend time on it now."
So you drop the basics into a file or whatever and put it somewhere for later finishing, only to find that you have ALREADY DONE THIS in the past and have NO MEMORY of having done so... even down to the naming of the alias/function, and incompleteness of it.
