So we may still need to await a #G7 consensus on what makes Ukraine the Special Case that can justify expropriating $1.3t in frozen #Ruschist assets and their transfer to Ukraine.
My guess is that once the Crime of Aggression & the Crime of Genocide are established, then, that will be the rationale used.
