A recipe for an anaphrodisiac.
It was the opinion of medieval physicians that women didn't need aphrodisiacs, because they were always lustfull. On the contrary, they needed countermeasures to make them more chaste! There are numerous sources for anaphrodisiacs in medieval medical compendiums for men and women, none of which have actual medical use as far as I can tell as a laywoman.

What did people do before supportive underwear was a thing (and perhaps in more rural, working class contexts)?
We know from medieval text sources, that bandaging breasts was a solution, that people with larger breasts used.
Binding the breasts with long strips of cloth and thereby preventing too much movement, avoiding sores and back pain, was a necessary thing to do, not only cosmetically, but medically.
