  1. Oh, everyone has a little neck tension at times, just like everyone's a little autistic. You know what the experts at Harvard suggest? Shoulder rolls. Five forward, five back, and you're hunky dory good to go! Now stop whining! You don't actually have any real problems! YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL.

(They also say to keep your feet flat on the floor while sitting with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. And as a shorty under 5'2" I HAVE SPECIFICALLY TALKED ABOUT THIS BEFORE. Fuckers. Maybe tell corporate America to make their office environments MORE INCLUSIVE and I wouldn't have this problem that I don't actually have…)

  13. I'm not having a good week.
Tuesday, I was hearded round the opticians like cattle. Apparently, my agregious error was browsing the wrong side of the shop.
Yesterday, I was called out of the blue by the GP. She informed me she'd stop my seizure meds if I didn't have a blood test. She gave me a week to think about how I can get it done. She didn't elaborate that the repeat meds being delivered later in the day, would not include said seizure meds.

So this is going to be fun to deal with..... NOT
