The order signed by Todd Blanche does NOT legalize #marijuana for #medical or #recreational use under #federal #law. But it does change the way it’s regulated, shifting licensed #MedicalMarijuana from Schedule I — reserved for drugs without medical use & with high potential for abuse — to the less strictly regulated Schedule III. It also gives licensed medical marijuana operators a major tax break & eases some barriers to researching cannabis.

For the last couple of days I have tried this strain of weed called razzle jack. It's a hybrid sativa and usually I do not do well with those I have in fact tried in the past there was even when I bought in the past called Alpine strawberry, and while that one was good the pen had a setting on it and I turned it up to the max. But this one is different it allows me to be motivated and get the things done that I need to do on a daily basis it is helping with my depression which there seems to be plenty of that to go around for me. It's nice to be able to wake up in the morning and be able to have a little something to assist with helping to wake up and enjoy the day in spite of what it may bring.#marijuana #strains #healing #health #medicalmarijuana #cannabis #hope #wellness #anxiety #depression

I entered this Monday with hope and joy, but with financial concerns. After all, I was still overdrawn by -$400, and a new and exciting thing hit my account this weekend.
You see, as many of you know, while I was living in the horrible situation that I had found myself in during the two years I lived in Iowa, I had a THC medical card and I used THC pretty regularly to keep myself from having a crisis every single day. Upon leaving Iowa, my plan had been to quit THC, and so far that plan has stuck.
Unfortunately, it appears I'll need a medical card in Pennsylvania anyway. Legal protections against discrimination in employment due to the use of medical marijuana exist in Pennsylvania, but only for Pennsylvania account holders. To ensure that no drug test impedes my approach towards employment, I had to pay $153 for a doctor's appointment to get evaluated for a THC card here.
And that sucks. I didn't want that. I need it to make sure nothing stops me from working, but I hate it and I wish I could've saved that money.
There is a silver lining. This morning, I met Chime. Chime is a neobank for people struggling and trying to rebuild their credit—and wow, do I need address that issue soon. I was able to open an account with them, and that means that all GoFundMe funds will be immediately accessible to me as of tomorrow.
I was broke. And now, thanks to you, and to Chime, I have $80 in my pocket. Enough to get around and get things done for at least a few days. Thank you!
The Capital One account is still overdrawn, but now that's a problem that can wait for me to be ready to address it. After I have a sign-on bonus in my pocket that will render -$400 into a mild inconvenience and not an existential threat.
I am relieved. And now I make phone calls. Because it's not over yet! But we are getting closer. Seven-to-ten business days? This is officially Day One. Tomorrow, it'll be six-to-nine business days, and that fucking rocks.
Gods, what a fucking relief to get a break from that overdraft. It's all I needed. Just a little more time. And a little more help from you will take me that rest of the way. 💙

PA's #MedicalMarijuana renewal process is insane.
Got an email saying to hurry up. I have just over 6 weeks left to renew. Went to the doc. Got the recertification.
State website says it's too early to request a card renewal. I have to wait until 30 days prior the expiry date - 3 more weeks. 🙄
Meanwhile, I wondering how long until this administration decides to send the gestapo out to arrest all MM users because, medical or not, it's still a federal crime. 🥴I'm gonna need a stronger troche.

@DrOinFLA I am also grateful for #MedicalMarijuana tonight. I've had a headache/migraine all day & was super nauseous on my way home from work. Smoked a sativa dominant hybrid with CBD flower and I finally have relief. I napped. I ate dinner. When I wake up tomorrow I'm going to (hopefully) feel good. With pharmaceuticals I would have slept but been out of it for about 24 hours.
Be gentle with yourself. Does giving it some ice or heat help too? Heat does wonders when my neck acts up.
