To answer his actual question: #NY11 has around ~84,000 residents enrolled in Medicaid via #ACA expansion who are at risk of losing healthcare coverage via the GOP's #MedicaidMassacre bill. (not to mention ~7,600 on ACA exchange plans looking at MASSIVE rate hikes, plus ~68K in BHP plans)
