This was the very first soundcard I owned. Not this exact one, but tue same or very similar model. Utilizing the MediaVision Jazz16 chipset and a Yamaha OPL3 it had SoundBlaster Pro compatibility (which the SB16 didn’t have) and under Windows, OS/2 and Linux(!) back in 1994/1995 also 16 bit 44KHz Stereo sound, giving you CD quality audio. It was mostly jumperless and was configured through a driver loaded at boot time.
