The only one I'm aware of that meets both criteria and is in the Fediverse is the German @tazgetroete.

Currently listening to 'The ABCs of Green Politics' episode on 'News' and both Shauna Corr and @niall_sargent are great on it!

The focus on framing issues in a way which links the wider Climate Crisis to local everyday experiences is incredibly important.

Also want to shout-out @noteworthy_ie - it's the closest thing that Ireland has to a media co-op and it gives people the control to both propose stories and fund investigative journalism.
