So, our 1st day with #fiber_internet and I'm happy happy. (I've had it before at another domicile - had high expectations for more of the same!) These numbers are 125% better than anything we were ever getting with #mediacom. TY #Socket!

@mlanger Amen! At our previous house our electric coop provided fiber - 300mbs+ all the time with zero issues. Don’t know how well “commercial” service will do, but if it’s just “up” 95% of the time that will be a HUGE improvement over #mediacom - service runs from 2mbs to 150 mbs to ZERO mbs hourly. Super UGH for this streaming home..

I really wish more companies had a presence here in the fediverse. That way I could complain about the 30 minute #mediacom internet outage directly to their support people and commiserate with other Meidacom customers. X/Twitter is totally useless for that kind of activity now.
