Spoke to #mechanic next door earlier about booking in #GolfGTI for a brake fluid change - he has a 2 post lift which is going to be way less hassle than me dealing with axle stands out in the yard, weather is starting to turn, pressure vessel kit and 2 extra axle stands (to raise whole car at once) costs as much as the labour would be and brake fluid is nasty stuff to deal with..

I asked him if he was having any issues sourcing #EngineOil - he said there was a shortage of 20 litre cubes, and his suppliers were delivering odd amounts in 5 and 1 litre containers.
