Ich würde gerne mittags mehr Gemüse essen, habe aber selten Zeit, um zu kochen. Sachen, die sich am Vorabend oder Morgen vorbereiten lassen und dann Mittags nur noch zusammengesetzt werden müssen, würden mein Leben enorm verbessern. Es muss nicht zwingend vegan/vegetarisch sein, aber sollte einen hohen Gemüseanteil haben und auch ausreichend Protein beinhalten. Ein Reiskocher mit Warmhaltefunktion ist vorhanden, so dass die Sättigungsbeilage kein Problem ist.
