I just did a first pass edit/rewrite through my C3 short story. It’s not as messy as I feared it to be when I was writing it. I still need to cut words.

Phew! First draft of the short story is done. It’s around 6K words. The submission limit is 5K. I’ll need to tighten up and rearrange a few things, but I have a story.

Good writing session today. I wrote the first scene of my short story for the C3 anthology. Now, I hae to throw out/redo my outline. My protagonist isn’t the one I wanted to be the protagonist.
