When McCain was alive, Graham and McCain were the closest friends, and I do believe shared a deep brotherly bond between one another.
McCain, who was no perfect saint, in 2008 told that lady at a town hall that Obama was a US citizen and that he would not entertain any such rhetoric (let's see, oh that's right, started by Trump, I might add).
