But much of this maxxing advice can be unhelpful or unhealthy or go against the steady, personalized changes many experts recommend.”

I would like to propose a new term for all the kool kids out there. That term would be, "Minmaxxing."

Minmaxxing means minimizing (dare I say, the total and complete elimination of) any and all -maxxing.

The universal application of Minmaxxing is effective immediately. No waivers, delays, or exceptions shall apply.
