I don’t know if #NewYork #Mets pitcher #MaxScherzer was using illegal sticky stuff or not, but I have seen some people ask why would he? As if we have never seen an aging #baseball player cheat in order to maintain his level… Again, have no idea if he did cheat against the #LosAngeles #Dodgers (though the home plate umpire said it was the stickiest hand he had felt in three years), but the excuses people are offering just bc Scherzer is elite are laughable.
