i picked up the SimCity 2000 Power, Politics & Planning book several years ago - it's one of the best sources of information on the game. the interviews with former maxis staff are exceptional.

i only wish they had done the same for SimAnt.

Did anyone else enjoy this game when they were younger?

Like many, I started with RollerCoaster Tycoon, but I also played this one. It's far from perfect and the assistant/guide is relatively annoying, but I still loved the gameplay and the art style is almost as charming as RCT's. It aged pretty well, in a "low-poly 3D" sort of way.

I never played the original Theme Park but this one always stuck with me.
