Methinks the instructions for making matcha tea are a bit wonky.
Is it 1 gr or 1 tsp (5 gr)?I made mine with 1gram & at no point was there a 'paste'.
Still, it looked & tasted like green stuff & I think I felt the hit of caffeine though that could just be a placebo effect because of my expectations.
The good thing about only using 1 gr is it was palatable as I'm generally not keen on bitter tastes.
