Mientras tanto @NaTXa tiene que dormir un par de noches para darse cuenta que probablemente te tomaste tanto tiempo en #mastosplaining la, para que dicho #fediTutorial lluege al menos al #deathStarMastodonSocial para que asi lo encuentre algun@ novat@ mas.
Otro paar de noches y se preguntara si de hecho lo publicaste "publico" para que lo reenviara desde su cuenta al vasto espacio profundo del #fedVerso.

Excelente pregunta, @NaTX, asombrosamente dentro de este sistema mastodonico de aparentes comentarios fuera de contexto, ay una solucion "fascinante" al respecto.
Comunmente te la "encajan" de rezongo cuando menos lo esperas y te deja con un gusto amargo.
Le dicen:
#readTheRoom!Y es probablemente, o quizas, #mastoSplaining par excelance.
Significa, minimamente:
"Lee el hilo especifico del mensaje."Si tu visitas el tut inicial de @satire, un perfil que por cierto es un grupo, un #foroComunitario de la plataforma #friendica, ves todas las respuestas que llegaron a tu instancia, o sea mastodon.uy en este caso.
Si @NaTXa se fijara en su perfil alla, quizas estaria viendo otra parte de todo lo que ay, incluso probablemente todas las respuestas publicamente visibles.
Si visitas la pagina originaria del perfil que inicio la conversacion, puede que veas todos los commentarios publicamente visibles o una version currada por dicho perfil.
En esta ocasion, selecciona el comentario que @jesuisatire te dejo directamente y veras, si es que commento bien, justamente encima, el commentario al que se refiere.
Y todos los comentarios de ahi para arriba vendrian ser:
la habitacion, la barra, la mesa (de poker), llama lo como quieres, en el Wendy's de @ Satire.Eso si, entiende de que "la habitacion" que estas obervando tu, siempre sera un pedazo del contexto en el fediVerso, asi que "read the room" es casi una estupidez, o al menos un poco soberbio quizas.
Depende del contexto, como siempre.

Du meinst echt #fediSplaining und #mastoSplaining sei etwas besonderes?
Als #mobilitySplainer solltest du in Lernmodus schalten, das kann mensch sich bestimmt inspirieren lassen.
Wir alle hier kommentieren ja durchaus auch immer fuer die Tribüne, wie es bereits das #TSGDC vor über einem Jahrzehnt mansplainte.
Was übersehen wird ist, das #mastodon aufgrund der unzusammenhängenden Darstellung der Antworten das alles unter den Teppich kehrt.

Die alte, pre-2010 Filterbubble, ist bei #Bluesky statt im #Fediverse gelandet. Die Entscheidung vieler Alttwitterer zu Bluesky statt ins Fediverse zu wechseln sollte uns, gerade was die Willkommenskultur im Fediverse betrifft (Stichwort #mastosplaining), zu denken geben.
Und sucht die Ursache bitte nicht nur im UX und der angeblich ach so komplizierten Anmeldung. Es war der Ton, mit dem "die Neuen" begrüßt wurden, der eine Rolle spielt.

Aggressively spoken it's like:
"¿You got that!"#troet is the same as #tröt.
@ Gargron translated his naming of "tröt" for a post into #toot what got some funny backlash. So it's actually more fun and reasonable to use the original. Germans don't translate own names, same for English, Spanish dös .. I mean "does".(thx for not accusing me of #mastosplaining -> #mansplaining)

Accusation that comes up when caring early adopters dare to explain a new environment to people because they think they are new, when these people are actually already for years on the internet and adopted the use of smart phones time ago.
The conversation turns extra salty when the newbees that got sold #mastodon as a twitter replacement meet #mastoSplainers that point out that "alternative" might refer to something else.

@Moltz @gruber A couple of comments on your Talk Show discussion: (1) you can turn off content warnings in settings (ie auto-expand/reveal), (2) re lack of Mac app, the browser interface is pretty good and imo hard to beat on desktop. ymmv. Sorry for #mastosplaining
